🌽🦪 Corn, Oysters, Clams — It’s a Shuckin’ Good Time at the HOG! 🎶🥃
Saturday, August 2nd 5-8PM
Together with our farm-ily friends, we are throwin’ down a Cajun–inspired seafood boil with all the coastal flavor, farm-fresh sides, sweet finishes, and sippable Southern charm.
We’re teaming up with John Tomasetti’s Sayville staple — The Cull House — for a downright sinful seafood boil, overflowing with local and sustainable catches: crab legs, oysters, clams and shrimp. We’re throwing in a harvest haul of HOG-grown goodness: sweet corn, just-dug potatoes, aromatic fennel, and our famously bold garlic. It’s all simmered in a buttery, spicy Cajun bath made to be messy.
KC Wildbread is coming through with the crusty, sourdough artisan loaves — the only respectable way to mop up that rich, seasoned broth.
We’re blessing this beautiful mess with some knockout sides from Sage & Thyme, crafted with peak-season HOG produce and herbs:
– Cool, juicy tomato & cucumber salad 🍅🥒
– Crunchy, herb-laced slaw with garlicky aioli zing 🧄🌿
And just when you thought it couldn’t get any better…
Tall Mutha Shucka will be slingin’ fresh-shucked oysters with his signature mignonettes.
Daaaang.
Top it all off with a seasonal August delight from Lili’s Baked Goods — a farm-fresh dessert that hits just right.
And for Sips
– A sunshine-ready lineup of summer white and rose wines, curated by our pals at The Pines Liquor Shop 🍷
– Fresh mint juleps muddled with herbs straight from the HOG field 🌿
– Chill adult bevs courtesy of the always-generous Bluebird 🕊️
🎵 And the vibes? Contagious, thanks to live music by Shecky & the Twangtones — bringing that groove into the evening.
✨ It’s salty, sweet, buttery, bold — and 100% local love from sea to soil. Come hungry. Leave happy. We’re in for a shuckin’ good time.
