🌽🦪 Corn, Oysters, Clams — It’s a Shuckin’ Good Time at the HOG

We’re partnering with Sayville's Cull House again and we are not messing around.

Actually, we are. The boil is a blessed mess. But we have bread to sop it all up. HOG potatoes and garlic in a seafood boil that slaps local and delicious. HOG corn on the grill makes for a real shuckin’ good time. Tall Mutha Shucka oysters pulling up to the party. Our Bourbon Smash is the liquid equivalent to Ella’s Summertime; slow and rapturous. Lili's dessert finishing the job.

Musical guests Hank Waver's Wank Havers, a witty cover band with members of Noah’s Arc, keeps us remembering what a lazy summer evening is for; blankets on the grass, flickering lightening bugs and giggles in the air.

Join us for a berry special day of shared food, fresh-picked strawberries, and the sweet warmth of the HOG Farm community for our annual potluck.

What's Included in Your Ticket

• KC Wild Bread flatbreads. Hot from the oven and topped with HOG grown herbs

• HOG made salads‍. Fresh from field to fork

• HOG Farm Strawberry Dessert. Made with our sun ripened strawberries & lots of love

• Strawberry Lemonade. Bring your favorite reusable cup

• Pick your own berries. Harvest permitting, a ½ pint per ticket

• Live music by The Lazy Bunny Ukulele Band. They gave us a real barn burner last year. Expect nothing less this year.

What to Bring

  • claim your vessel with your name / number tapped to bottom

Great South Bar will have craft cocktails and brews.

We’re back to celebrate local talent and support local businesses. Bring your friends, bring your appetite, and bring your love for all things local. Above all, bring your kindness and joy.

Note our farm-ily friendly rules so everyone has a memorable night in community:

• BYO: reusable cup, chair/blanket, and bug spray.

• Travel light: walk or carpool if you can.

• No glass left behind: take any glass with you. We are no longer collecting.

• Sort it right: respect our recycling and compost rules. Every event, we’re aiming for one trash bag total.

• Respect the land that keeps us nourished and do not leave any waste behind. 

• All ages & paws welcome: adults, kids, and dogs. Keep an eye on them (especially the adults;).
