Join us for a one-of-a-kind evening as Chef Melvin Ocasio returns to HOG Farm for Fish ON!—a celebration of sea, soil, and seasonal bounty.
The evening begins at 5:30 PM with a coastal-inspired cocktail hour featuring the coastal country and soulful songs of Cassidy Lee and friends, passed canapés and cocktails, setting the stage for a relaxed night of community and connection.
As the sun dips, gather around the communal table under the big tent for a family-style feast highlighting the freshest local catch and peak-season produce straight from the fields of HOG. Expect bold, honest flavors from the sea to the soil paired with sourdough bread from our Farm-ily members KC Wildbread and a sweet finish by Lili. Curated wines and handcrafted cocktail are included.
This special dinner is a tribute to the richness of our local waters and the abundance of our land—an immersive culinary experience that brings together farm, fishery, and flavor.
