Join us for an early evening event with a taste and talk on local oyster farming with Mike Avino of Catch, Sean O’Brien of O’Brien Oyster Co., Sue Wicks of Violet Cove Oyster Co.
Enjoy a brandade, KC Wildbread’s miche sourdough, butter whipped with HOG’s fresh green garlic and radishes, a dozen fresh oysters, six roasted oysters complimented by Ramp Up Farms microgreens, Catch’s clam chowder, Stranger Wines, Dub Co Beer, batch cocktails from Ryan Pilger and a dessert by Lili.
